Personal Training
Whether you are seeking fat loss, mass gains, maximal strength or conditioning, you will receive a training program designed specifically for you. Assuming you are starting from scratch, we will begin by focusing on your quality of movement, improving your mobility and addressing any functional weaknesses. From there, we will build a solid foundation of strength suitable to your needs. Finally, more specific goals can be trained for including speed, power and endurance, depending upon your athletic aspirations. Regardless of which level you start at, the objective will be to reach your goals as efficiently as possible, and your workouts will always be purposeful and progressive.

Just about any physical activity can provide a good workout, if it makes you work hard and increases your heart rate. But, if your workouts aren’t part of an effective program that is tailored to your individual goals and abilities, then your progress will be limited. Stop working out and getting sub par results. Start training seriously toward your goals, and reach your potential in fitness and performance.
Nutritional support. Even if your workouts are perfect, you can still sabotage your efforts with an unsupportive diet. Included in your program will be recommendations for total caloric and macronutrient intakes, as well as practical guidelines for nutrient timing. As long as you are willing to make any necessary changes to your dietary habits, this will provide what you need to complement your training.
Sessions and Packages. New clients must commit to at least 10 sessions to begin a program. Afterwards, individual sessions will be available at $80/hour for one-on-one training, and $55/hour for partner training, based on 2 persons per session. Sample session packages are available as follows:
