Program Development

If you are comfortable working out on your own, but would still like to receive the benefits of a high-quality exercise program, then a Program Development package will be perfect for you. This consists of participation in a few Personal training sessions to get started, then being enrolled in an Online Training program. Existing personal and small group training clients may transfer over to this program without the purchase of any additional sessions.

Program length is highly variable, dependent upon many factors such as your current state of fitness, lifestyle, age, goals, nutrition, and the effort and commitment that you put into your workouts. Most programs will produce results for about six months, sometimes for less time and sometimes more. Variety and flexibility will be built-in, though, so following the same program for one year does not mean doing the same workouts that whole time. When changing goals and/or abilities do call for a complete redesign of your program, you will then be ready for a new Program Development package.

Note: You will be asked to perform a simple movement screen before beginning a Program Development package. Individuals who exhibit very poor movement patterns will benefit more from regular Personal Training sessions instead of a Program Development package, at least until a basic level of movement quality is reached. This need will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Program Development – Typically 3 to 5 Sessions
Includes your personalized program, as well as 2 months of online training

Program without any sessions (existing clients only) – $240

Program plus 3 personal training sessions – $480

…plus 4 sessions – $560

…plus 5 sessions – $640

Continued online training, after first 2 months – $40/month
