Small Group Training

Get the individualized attention of personal training sessions, with the camaraderie and affordability of small group training. This is not to be confused with the typical group training structure, which requires you to follow randomly selected workouts that may or may not be suitable for you. Rather, you will receive a program designed specifically for the needs and abilities of your group. Since group size is limited to five participants, each client will receive personalized guidance and instruction to ensure that progress is being made.
